Gus Mantey, owner of Sug’s
Fishing Guide Service out of Vilas/Oneida counties of Northern
Wisconsin and co-host of the Muskies On Tap podcast. I’ve been
fishing all my life and specifically in the Eagle River area
since I was 7 years old. I cut my teeth on the Eagle River Chain
which has taught me to be diverse and handle lots of
fishing/boating pressure. I’ve taken those skills to the PMTT
accumulating many accolades with my brother in a short couple
years. Teaching others the ways of musky fishing is my main
passion and enjoy sharing this through guiding.

As a young musky angler Fischer has caught
134 muskies with many 25 to 30 ponders to his credit. He has a
passion for understanding muskies that is amazing for someone of
his age. In 2020 he won the Muskies Inc. National Junior 17 and
under division with 33 muskies, 10 of which were from 44 to 50 ½
inches. Fischer is also the host of his own YouTube fishing show
“Smith’s
Fishing Outdoors”.

Don’t let Fischer’s age fool you, his
dad doesn’t hold his hand. This kid can fish and he can
control a boat as well. I'll take him any day as a boat
partner; he can talk muskies.

Rich Reinert
Rich has been fishing for muskies for 54 years, guiding
full-time for 17 years, and working in the tackle industry for
over 40 years.
Rich’s musky passion and influence is both well-known and
far-reaching. As the co-owner of two musky bait companies and
product developer for several others, Rich will share a lifetime
of experience and expertise in his seminar.
Rich has been featured in In-Fisherman, Outdoor Life, and
Midwest Outdoors. He has had over 2,000 Muskies in his boat over
the years and, as a result of that success on the water, has had
the opportunity to speak on many radio programs as well as at
numerous sports shows.

Taylor Flannery of “Musky
Guarantee Guide Service LLC” grew up in Northern Wisconsin.
Primarily fishing waters of Langlade, Oneida, and Vilas
counties. Attributing his success as a young full time guide to
relentless research, scouting, and a confident mindset. He
focuses his efforts on small details such as positivity, boat
control, mapping, boat-side maneuvers, triggering tactics, and
everything after the hook set.
He prioritizes
individual client goals & strives to meet the needs of anglers
of all experience levels. At the end of the day it’s all about
learning, having fun, and enjoying our time on the water.

Bob Parteka
Bob Parteka is a devoted musky
angler, conservationist, educator, and historian from Green Bay,
WI. He spends every season sharing his 3 decades of experience &
educating anglers on how to be more successful on the water.
Bob is a former president of
Titletown Muskies, Inc. and works closely with the Wisconsin
DNR & university researchers to promote stocking, habitat
restoration, and improve musky fishing on the Green Bay system.
He has also chased muskies across the country for many years on
the Professional Musky Tournament Trail.
Join Bob as he offers a unique,
seasonal breakdown of the world-class fishery – showing how,
when, and where to target Green Bay giants. There will be plenty
of tips for newbies and seasoned anglers alike.

Bryon Schaeffer is also a pro-staffer for Musky Mayhem Guide
Service. Bryan will discuss tackle, tactics, presentation and
will share with you his top 5 go to tackle baits.
Nate Osfar
2019's PMTT Top Gun angler Nate Osfar has over 30 years of
experience putting muskies in the net. His fine-tuned and
technical approach to muskies has led to 18 1st place
finishes in musky tournaments such as the PMTT and WMT. Nate
also has 30 other top ten finishes. In addition to utilizing
his tactical methods for catching muskies and winning
tournaments, Osfar has published magazine articles on the topic
of convincing conditioned fish to bite. Although triggering
bites with various soft plastic baits is Nate’s specialty, he
prides himself on being a versatile angler able to adapt to many
patterns. Nate, his clients, and boat partners have lifted over
1000 muskies for the camera in 6 different states

Brad Ruh is the owner of
Musky Innovations. Established in
1993, his marque product and still our most popular bait is the
Bull Dawg. We started out with two models and have now blossomed
to well over 300 makes, models, colors and sizes.
Nearly all of our products are made in the USA to ensure the
highest quality products possible. Everyone involved with Musky
Innovations is an avid angler, many fishing for a wide variety
of species. We try to bring all this information together to
make new and innovative products. Our saying says it all: “For
